Shipping Area

At this time, we ship orders within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside our available service area may not be accepted, or we may contact the customer to cancel and issue a refund.

Order Processing Time

Our products mainly include home décor pieces, vases, handcrafted ornaments, and related artisan-style decorative products. Some items may require extra care, inspection, and protective packaging before shipment due to their material, shape, or fragile nature.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Packaging

We carefully pack each order to help protect the products during delivery. For vases, handcrafted items, ceramic-style décor, glass items, or other fragile decorative pieces, packaging may include protective wrap, cushioning materials, reinforced cartons, dividers, or inserts to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

If special packaging, gift wrapping, upgraded protection, or additional handling is available, any related charges will be shown before checkout is completed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of $98.00 or more.

The order subtotal must remain $98.00 or higher after discounts, coupons, or promotional codes are applied in order to qualify for free shipping.

Additional costs may apply for expedited shipping, upgraded packaging, gift wrapping, fragile-item handling, or shipping insurance. Any applicable fees will be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available. Customers may use the tracking information to check the delivery status of their package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or extra shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

For fragile items such as vases, ceramic-style décor, glass items, or handcrafted pieces, please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be required for carrier claims or damage assessment.

After reviewing the information, we will assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy. Depending on the situation, a replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be offered where appropriate.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related delivery problems, lost packages, or damage claims in accordance with our store policies.
